Our office is excited to announce the launch of HR Connect, which is our version of an electronic help desk.
We want to provide another avenue for the public and District staff to be able to connect and receive support from our office. Our team members will be assigned your ticket requests based on the information you input into the electronic form, or when you email, call us or visit our office. Your request will be assigned a ticket number, which will enable you to monitor the status of your request and/or communicate additional information.
The intent is to provide enhanced and personalized customer service in a more timely manner to your individual requests.
